My name is Scott Tyner. I am the Internet Sales Manager for Dublin Nissan Cadillac Pontiac GMC & Buick in Dublin Georgia.

I got the idea for this site from a broadcast email I received after attending an NCM 20 Group “Internet Bootcamp” put on by Sean Bradley from Dealer Synergy. Someone mentioned putting up a site to bounce ideas and enthusiasm off each other.

So you can better understand what type of ISM I am, let me say that first I am a car salesman. I have always been above average in units, gross etc (especially CSI - Customer Service Index). I have been selling for 8 years. Most of those years I was ranked in the top 3 or 4 salespeople (average 16 salespeople) every month. I used to play Grant Cardone CDs on repeat by my bedside while I slept. I don’t claim to be a super star or be the best at anything.

I simply like it when I help a person solve their problem (Hating car salesmen and dreading the buying experience – along with being upside down) and they end up having an experience they never had, in a good way. It is an awesome feeling when a customer loves you. (see testimonies)

3 years ago I started working with internet leads. The only reason I did so was to get those FREE leads that the other salespeople treated like the plaque. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out why nobody liked them! It is like I instinctively knew that a person wouldn’t go to all that trouble typing all that stuff into a website for nothing.

Over time I got heavily interested in this monster of an opportunity we like to call the Internet, both in the car business and personally. I take classes at our local tech school to learn basic website development.

In a nutshell, I am a salesman who cares about people (I like to make money too) and enjoy the challenge of learning about internet marketing. AND I hate the fact that vendors charge so much money for their services, that I have yet to prove to a dealer how important their internet marketing actually is, because they are nervous about dumping that kind of money into something they know nothing about.

I care about people, I care about the dealer, I love to close a deal, and I am not afraid of the internet. That’s me.

My name is Jennifer Schrader (Sales) for TKCarSites.  I had been active in sales for 6 years prior to TK. It had all started when selling repossessed vehicles for the credit unions in town and then evolved from there.  I had started Internet sales 4 years ago after seeing the increase for the consumer using the internet for everyday needs. I had obtained a lot of knowledge in the Internet Sales business after mastering the departments for our large volume dealership in Northern Michigan. After seeing the accomplishments I had done, I want to pass them on to you to help with succeeding in your Internet sales department!
